Shipping & returns

Originals: mirrors, sculpture, paintings

Originals are one of one. Once your payment clears the piece is marked sold and reserved for you.

Artwork ships individually. Each piece's shipping cost is shown on its product page, and checkout adds those costs together for your order. Free pickup at the studio is also available; we'll email to arrange a time.

If shipping is not yet available for a piece, checkout offers studio pickup only. Contact studio@zapstu.com before purchasing if you need that piece shipped.

We pack within 5 business days and photograph the piece's condition before it ships. You get an email at each step: paid, packed, shipped with tracking, delivered.

Prints and tees

Prints are made to order and ship in 7–10 business days. Tees ship within 3 business days.

Shipping is charged per item at the rate shown on its product page. For multiple quantities, checkout adds the shipping cost for each unit. You can also choose free pickup for your entire order.

Where we ship

United States and Canada at checkout. For anywhere else, email studio@zapstu.com with the piece and your address and we'll quote freight.

Duties and taxes on international orders are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns

Original artwork is a final sale. Each piece is one of one and sold as photographed and described.

If a piece arrives damaged, email photos of the packaging and the damage within 48 hours of delivery. Everything is insured, and we'll make it right with a repair, a replacement where one is possible, or a full refund.

Prints are made to order and are not returnable unless damaged or misprinted.

Tees can be returned or exchanged within 14 days if unworn and unwashed. Return shipping is on you unless we sent the wrong size.

Taxes and payment

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
